Step back in time and discover the true stories behind the ship that changed the world. Dine in style on the first class deck as we whisk you away to a world of elegance and sophistication to celebrate 10 years of Ronald McDonald House Bristol. In November 2002 RMHB opened its doors and has since provided care to around 4300 families in need. The charity is reaching the ripe age of ten years old and this event is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate and give thanks to all our wonderful supporters.

This prestigious event will start with a dazzling drinks reception, followed by a delicious 3 course meal with wine and top quality evening entertainment. It truly will be a unique experience and a night to remember.

If you would like to sponsor an element of this event, please choose from the following options:

Ship Hire £2,000 As our main event sponsor you will help us to hire the ship with exclusivity - your companies name will go out on all correspondence and you will be offered the opportunity to brand part of the ship, as well as acknowledgement during the gala dinner.

Entertainment £2,000 A gala dinner is not complete without entertainment. If you would like to sponsor the entertainment then we can offer you the opportunity to brand the venue and we will promote your company within our event literature and throughout the evening.

Dinner Course Sponsorship £1,350 You can choose from starter, main or dessert and in exchange you will receive prime space to advertise in the programme, as well as acknowledgement during the gala dinner.

Drinks Reception £1,000 The drinks reception will be hosted on the middle deck and there will be an opportunity to brand the area with your company’s logo whilst guests enjoy welcome drinks sponsored by your company.

Table Wine £1,000 There will be four bottles of wine on each table of 8. If you would like to sponsor the table wine then we can give your special thanks during the dinner and the opportunity to brand the tables with your company’s logo.

Printing £500 If you would like to sponsor our printing we will put your company’s logo on all our event literature and outgoing correspondence.

Gifts in kind and bespoke packages Please call us to discuss how you can sponsor the event through donating raffle and auction prizes, gifts-in-kind, or other alternatives.

You can also buy some space in our event table booklet for the cost of £200 for a half page feature and £350 for a full page feature.
